I have received the “Rookie of the Year” award from Keller Williams Northern California and Hawaii Region in 2010. I have achieved the Masters Club Award from Placer County Association of Realtors and Sacramento Association of Realtors as a Life Member.
Today’s real estate market requires an agent to be “tuned-in” to the most current and changing conditions. This includes knowledge of mortgage programs, and property types. Writing offers tailored to specific listing types of properties or financing is critical.
My clientele consists of first-time home buyers, real estate investors; move-up buyers, and a variety of sellers. For all of my listings, I take extra steps in negotiating offers for my clients; striving for the highest net but also weighing any “pros and cons” of each offer to avoid escrow fall-outs.
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert I offer my expertise to those who owe more than their homes are worth. I provide a free no obligation consultation to discuss what options are available based on the individual’s situation and goals. One option is a short sale. Having a prior career in banking provides me an edge when negotiating with the banks.
